Helen has a diverse professional background spanning the public, political, and private sectors. She started her career in local government, then transitioned into parliamentary communications in London, working closely with politicians in Westminster and public affairs professionals in London and Brussels.
Helen has gained experience in PR, specialising in the property market, and she worked as an international editor and journalist for multiple defence publications.
Helen recently led corporate communications and external relations for the helicopters division of a major aerospace company. She has now launched the consultancy AxeSharp communications where she works with a variety of clients.
Passionate about storytelling, Helen also enjoys investigating the paranormal sector and delivering her findings in creative writing workshops.
